Have you ever wonder how it looks like when welder train himself? Here is second example of welding before A-test certificate. We use pipe with diameter 51,3 mm and 5,6 mm of thickness from 13CrMo44 material. If welder successsfully finish training and passed A-test, it will be group 5,1 and will cover thicknesses from 3,00 mm to 11,2 mm and diametres from 51,3 mm up.

When constructing piping made of ferrous materials, we perform the complete installation of boiler rooms, connected pipelines, steam pipelines, hot water pipelines and the connection of tanks. Thanks to our highly qualified personnel and activities, we are also present in all other industrial plants.

The materials that we build in range from the less demanding to the most demanding materials of larger thicknesses. The latter require pre-heating and annealing after welding. We mostly use TIG procedures or a combination of TIG and arc welding procedures. The TIG procedure is generally employed for thin materials and materials requiring a high quality weld. We are also qualified for weld quality improvement which is required mainly in the welding of pressure vessels and materials with a thickness of between 3 and 12 mm (1/8 to 15/32 of an inch).
