Praise God. He saved me of many thoughts. I was suicidal and a alcoholic and He has delivered me of it all. I feel such joy even in trial. I just use scripture to counteract thoughts and I tell you there is a verse of truth to every thought the enemy has to give to you

A few years ago, i started reading the Psalms ..one psalm a day, praying and meditating about the words, that is how i started daily reading the Bible and it changed my thoughts, my feelings, ..i have rest and feel i can leave it all in the hands of Jesus .
