If I use hostinger to host my mysql database for speed concern, can I still use heroku to deploy my front end and backend? If so, do I need to add any any add-on to tell heroku that I'm using hostinger for the database (maybe add an add-on like we did with clearDB or something else)?

I am currently building a sass app to help people choose major based on real life experience in school and in the workforce. I have two microservices one for review-service and another major-service.
review-service is calling major-service.
I am using mysql database and that database have two tables reviews table and major table.
is it possible to use single database on heroku and create two tables ?
