he takes lots of supplements to cram in as much nutrition as possible and is also taking countless other measures to get good health results, you can't hate on this guy for spending millions of his own money to be a scientific experiment to potentially benefit man kind.

I think Bryan understand how sensitive this meat/vegan war could be, so Blueprint avoided this smartly to focus into scientific facts.

Unlikely Game Changers or other shows there, explaining to us how meat really shorten our telomeres.

Plus, fasting is a very important part that wasn't focused in Blueprint, again, it's something every pros knows but won't talk about.

They just siliently do what work well for them. And only explain what may relate to the project focus.

I have been vegan for 6 years, following a whole foods diet for 3 years, and incorporating fasting! I have never been this healthy before! People say I'm looking younger day by day!

Honestly, Bryan seems like a genuinely good person. Some might say his pursuit is self-centered, but he's sharing this info FOR FREE. Even if you're not into longevity, Blueprint is applicable to general health.

I've never expected that one day I will hear this when I was 8 years old. I was critisized ao much at school and everyhwere because my parents are both vegan and I m still following this way. So proud to hear from you that it is possible to be vegan happy and healthy ❤

I like that he says it's his choice. This guy has MILLIONS spent on his program. And it is almost impossible to emulate. But I am so glad someone is doing this. And I believe it has never been done before. So I hope he gets the results he is looking for. And maybe we can all take a lesson from it. It doesn't matter how long you live, all that matters is you live it well... however you define that.

Meat is great for spiking MTOR. It's great for getting big, strong, and fast. However the tradeoff for better performance is less longevity. If you want to life long you need to avoid high amounts of specific amino acids found in large quantities in meats.

Not to be nitpicky, but Bryan is plant based. Vegan is a term that describes the ethical stance that animals have the right to not be exploited for human benefit. A lot of behaviours fall under that umbrella, diet is just one aspect of it. It's healthy to be plant based, it's decent to be vegan.

I'm on Keto would love to do blueprint from a ketogenic or even carnivorous perspective see how the data compares. I'm not necessarily against vegan I do enjoy meat however I would always follow data wouldn't mind trying both and comparing.

Evidence and measurement says it all. A vegan nourishment is not a diet but an elevated way to treat the body and the planet. Your blue print even if it tells another story is still what it is an elevated nourishment for the whole human.
