The most surprising part here was how Marko told Max he was promoted. Just in a byline during dinner in Austria.
For years I thought Max woke up in the morning, saw his phone buzz and picked up to hear Marko giving him the good news. It was on a Tuesday?

I still remember very well the moment the news broke in Netherlands. I was on my bicycle on a ride to Schiphol, and when I rode into Hoofddorp the 11 o'clock radionews announced the very first item:
