Starting my journey as an RT.. for years I kept coming back to RT it just would pop out when I looking for jobs or looked at schools for programs.. I never understood why for years.. Now I understand that the universe was directing me towards the profession. I’ve been a Speech Therapist for 10 years.. Got my MBA a few months ago and now going into RT and long term care!! Ready for my new journey..

An older patient asked me what is a Respiratory Therapist. To make it sweet and simple for her I just answered “I am your lung Nurse”.
Then she looked at the RN and said: “then who is she, my butt Nurse?”
