I would just use a white paper and trace the outline and apply it to the wood for cutting

That angle is exactly the same as foot cut already there, which is 90 degrees off the plumb cut.

You can just as easily measure the bottom distance and bring that measurement to the top make your mark and make a cut to the bottom easy as 126
