Train too little and you can miss out on performance improvements

Train too much and you're going to push yourself into burnout.

Finding a balance with your off-mat training is vital in order for you to reach peak performance.

For those 3-4 workouts you do throughout the week, you're going to want to follow a program designed around your combat sport, body, schedule and goals. That random workout you 'researched' online won't cut it!

You have to make the most out of every single session you do and wasting energy on workouts that aren't designed for you is going to get you nowhere.
