Great video, what about a per app licence. The meter runs only when an app uses a premium connector or is it when the user uses a function that uses a premium connector? Assuming one's 0365 license takes care of all other apps that don't need a premium connector or dataverse. Interesting how it's at environment level, but it kinda makes sense as one can exert more control over that environment compared to say a non pay as you go instance. Can't wait for power automate to get this, I know it's kinda there with logic apps but there's no approval in LA.
