Just started watching these YouTube videos after watching Fittest on Earth on Netflix. Fantastic analysis and insight into the sport. I originally scoffed at CrossFit athletes because of my perception that they had no cardio. I could not have been more wrong and now I can't wait to watch the Games this month. I'm going to attempt Angie since it's the WOD :-)
