CrossFit Games Update Show host Sean Woodland, Games analyst Tommy Marquez and guest host Annie Sakamoto take a look at the top five men and women headed to Carson out of the Atlantic Region. They discuss 2015 champion Ben Smith's chances at a repeat year, as well as Noah Ohlsen's shot at the podium. On the women's side, Games veterans Emily Bridgers and Anna Tunnicliffe go head to head, while rookies Alea Helmick and Meg Reardon attempt to make a name for themselves at their first trip to the Games.
