My first printer is the Prusa mk3 and I’ve been LOVING it, as far as I’ve seen it’s been everybody’s top list of printers

We started printing ASA on our Prusa mk2 about 6 months ago. We print around 12 products on it per day and have never had a failure after getting the initial settings right. Absolutely flawless parts in ASA.

Great video Angus.
My most used printers are:
1 JGAurora A5 (Perfect PLA of NGEN printer)
2 Anycubic I3 Mega (Prints about every material you can think of, including flex materials)
3 Creality CR-10 Mini (PLA printer that just works)
4 to ... Hypercube CoreXY homemade printers
I have a lot of Hypercubes in different configurations, from E3D V6 to Volcano's, from non-heated beds to 24V 160 degrees beds, from open to enclosed, etc.
And, I have a few shop models that don't even have a power cord connected. These are XYZPrinting Da Vinci Pro machines. They just look nice in a storefront with some colorful led lights

You should clarify that in Australia "A bit Chilly" means "less than 20 degrees Celsius".

Just a small tip - I am using Toshiba Flash Air (W-04) SD card with MK3 and I don't need to run with the SD cards anymore. There is one trick for W04 - put the Card in the printer and than hit reset button... files are loaded than...

I use Creality CR10S with Zesty Nimble extruder, E3D v6 hotend, duet wifi board, 220V heatbed, everything in acrylic box. I print PLA, PETG without problems. PC-ABS requires some print surface preparation, because sometimes printing object sticks too hard to glass, sometimes lifts corners. Since day one I’ve had Octoprint on raspberry pi to connect wirelessly, now Duet wifi does not need that.
I found that the upgrading and fixing printer made me learn a lot about how printers work, how to get most of them.

You’d think with all the 3D printers he has he could have made himself some shoes.

Love to watch your videos. You are one of the reasons I did not only started 3D printing but also make YouTube videos about it. THANKS!

Sad to see the good old Ender 3 not in that list :) I only own 1 printer, but it has served me brilliantly.

Well, I was homeless for a bit because the VA screwed up some paperwork, but when I got back into it, the first search term I looked up was ANet, because the A8 was my second printer and the one I loved the most. I ended up with an ANet A6, which has been the most awesome mistake ever shipped to me. Instead of the European power cord, I spliced it into an American surge protector (sorry OSHA, CE, etc) printed out some upgrades to help the belts out a bit, and I've been printing 100% ever since. You'd be amazed how much a simple axis upgrade will do for you, as simply tightening the belts a bit takes out so many imperfections. Most of the many hour upgrades aren't even necessary, just work on tightening your belts a bit, and you'll be good to go.

I am not a rabid printer but my Anycubic I3 MEGA has been cranking out fantastic prints for about 2 years now. Minimal mods. PLA exclusively.

Thanks for highlighting the Prusa Mk3 surface finish ripple issue. As far as I can tell from prints and discussions on reddit, most, it not all, Mk3s have this problem. It’d be great for Prusa to put some more focus here and perhaps your impact in the space, Angus, can help! Thanks!

For Big Parts the Anycubic Chiron. Flexibles get printed on an anet a8. Most customer prints are done on mk3s or mk3. Personal prints on easythreed dora or nano.

Well, I just got into 3d printing. My first machine was an Ender 5 and it was dead on arrival. Would keep failing in the heating cycles so I never got to print on it. I found a company close to me in Portland Oregon called Hydra Research 3D. I bought their flagship machine the Nautilus and I can't tell you how much I love this machine. I'm getting flawless prints on every material and print I do. It's wifi and completely intuitive. You should check them out. I haven't seen anyone else with one in the 3d printing forums and groups. They are still a dot on the map but man this machine was worth every penny.
