So,
You have been hearing so much about the 3D printer world and want to get into the action!

But you have no idea yet what makes a 3D printer good, and what doesn't.

Luckily for you I have everything covered, In this video you will know all the basics you need and will be able to quickly make a decision about which 3D printer is going to be best suited for you needs.

To cut things short,
You 2 Main Printer Types
FDM and RESIN (SLA)

In this video I cover FDM Printers.
However if you are interested in SLA Printers (which have different benefits) I have that video prepared also.

Personally I would suggest you go for an FDM printer as a beginner, however you can still get away with using some Resin printers, especially the ones I chose in the other video.
As they are better designed for beginners.

There are many important factors to think about when getting an FDM Printer.
Mainly you need to look at:

If the Printer allows for many Slicers, if It has a good customer service base, Printer speed, Size, And if there are enough users online who can help you out if you get stuck during your Journey.

You're getting excited, aren't you?
What's amazing about the 5 Options I have today, is that they have all of these features, and more.

To top it up, most of the 3D Printer options provided are cheap, making it a great way to test if you are in to 3D Printing or not.

You won't have to lose a few months salary just to find out.

I hope you enjoyed the video.

Good luck with your life and have a nice day!

Great video, although to give some constructive criticism.. I found it was hard to hear you in some segments of the video due to the instrumental you have in the background. It’s great music, definitely no issues with that. But maybe turn it down just a little or maybe turn your audio volume up a little bit. Besides that, great video and thanks for the information!

Many mistakes here:
1. Main Materials is PLA, PETG, TPU then ASA ABS etc.
2. Bowden extruder is generally speaking cheaper while direct drive is better. And no there is no recent bias toward them this has always been the case they were just more expensive and heavier
3. Print bed, which material your bed is made of is important. Best type is a coated spring steel material since it flexes and is magnetic.
4. Size, bigger is not better bigger is more difficult to handle especially shrinkage wise.
5. Slicer, go with Prusa Slicer really or some other iteration of the slicer like SuperSlicer
6. Community size is important for beginners.

I have a really bad layer shift problem, and I can’t figure out why. It’s on the Anycubic kobra 2 max and I’ve been trying to find help, but no one can help me. I was thinking about getting a new large printer, but I don’t know which one to get. I’m trying to make big things like helmets and other stuff. Can you give me a good recommendation on how to fix it, or a large printer bigger than 480 X 480 X 500mm?

Question: The Aquila has been around quite a while. Does it still have a shelf life or should I just save my money and go for another of these models?

I'm looking for a pre-essembled noob-proof printer that a beginner can use to make flexible miniatures and 1:9 scale moldels either people or horses/animals which would be printed as solid instead of flexible. Is there any you would recommend?
