Some low floor vehicles did appear at the end of the video, but most of the trolleybuses you showed are high floor and clearly in need of replacement. Let us hope that Volgograd buys in- motion-charging battery electric trolleybuses, and that it does not follow Moscow's example of scrapping trolleybuses completely and replacing them with vehicles that run only on batteries.
