What type of materials are used in the cushions? Are there any fabric and color options?

I love west elm sectionals but a bit confused with the limited design chase option of either left or right hand side. Shouldn't you consider a much functional design option for both? This way if I move and the layout is different I can easily move the chase accordingly?

it's confusing that the sides are labelled left vs right arm for when you're standing across from it. seems more intuitive to label them from the perspective of sitting on the couch. ordered the wrong couch for this reason *sighhh*. hope others find this video before ordering!

For the Marco sectional, the width of the pieces isn't clear...can you advise? Someone else asked, and the response wasn't useful (it was basically like "look it up above")...

I really like the style of the Crosby mid century sectional and would like to see it in person before buying it, however I've been told that the coach is not available to try out in the store.... idk if I want this anymore :( Is there a way I can test this coach out before buying?? is there another furniture company that has this sectional available to view?

What if it is U-shaped, where one side is shorter and 1 side is longer?

This video is misleading and not very helpful if you're looking to customize a sectional couch to your home. Brad simply states that you look at the couch and the right or left handed side is how you select and customize which side the ottoman is on. However on the website we found that it's not listed in this format at all, rather by "left arm" or "right arm" sofa. Just be careful because there's more to it that this "easy to understand" video. Take it a step further and explain all of the options next time.
