Type O Negative is one of the most unique and best metal bands out there. There will never be another band like them

I know a lot of people always talk about peter Steele when it comes to the band but honestly, I don't think it would have been successful without any of them. Peter, Josh, Kenny, and Johnny each brought something to the band that truly was greater then the sum of their parts.

Gosh I miss Type O! There are a few bands that I would put on my "resurrection list" and Type O negative is right up near the top. How I wish Peter was still alive! He was so cool; he fronted a goth-metal band, yet the lyrics were satirical and tongue in cheek. The songs were all so catchy, yet heavy as all hell. There was so much left for them to do; it makes me so sad that so much potential died with Steele. :(

Watching Type O Negative on stage with Pantera was magical. The best time ever. Seeing Peter ripping off his bass strings with his hands was badass. I miss those times so much. Now at 42 yrs I can say they were my best times.

Seeing him makes me sad. But happy. But still sad. I miss Pete. I miss him more in the Fall months. It's always good seeing Kenny. Reminds me of good times.

Imagine a world without Tony Iommi: we would never have had bands like Type O. Kenny is a riff master and a real cool dude! RIP Peter, dearly missed!

You can really feel a sense of brotherhood in the way he speaks of Peter.

Good to see him sitting around instead of lying on the sidewalk.

Man, the minute he started playing the TON riff, it went through my earballs straight to my spine! I can almost hear Peter's bass in it! No other band has THAT sound!

Kenny looks a bit like Chris Cornell, and even when he sings those high notes, he sounds like Chris.
