I stopped the video to solve it myself and I am ashamed it took me a minute to figure out.
For my defense, I’m in my bed, it’s Saturday night 5AM after a party and obviously, nothing to write on, so all in my head. But still, I should have gotten it much faster.

I just fetched the number of variables: 3
Multiplied 10 by 3 =30

Added 3 and 5 =8

And subtracted 8 from 30 =22

Exact same operation but less clean for head calculations without writing utensils. Reduced the number of numbers in my head.
