Do it with intent, sending the message that you are alone because you want to be left alone. This is completely different than being alone at the club, apprehensive, fearful and insecure of others finding out you're alone.

It’s AMAZING to me how looked down upon and bad it seems to be if you’re the “silent, awkward guy” in almost all situations.
