That was a HORRIBLE call out at 3rd on Elly = you can't PUSH someone off the base. That is just bad...really, really bad umpiring.

And to make it even worse, the 3rd baseman didn't even tag him when he was off the base.

The third basemen TACKLES Elly off the bag and that's a clean out? Nobody's questioning that? Replay shows he's safe and then gets PUMMELED and only then comes off the base. That's some fcking bs I'm sorry I'm not a Reds fan but what on earth how is that ok? He was safe by a MILE

I am of the age where I understand and appreciate the history of Reds baseball. What upper management said, " Where are you gonna go" pissed me off like many you like baseball, this team has everything going that is fun and exciting to watch.

Who are these Reds? As a baseball historian and fan I think I recognize when a young team is coming together now with 10 wins and in 1st place. It's June 21 so there's still a ways to go in a long season. However, baseball and economics isn't what it was years ago. I really hope the Reds go on to win the division and then deep into the postseason. Beyond that rosy outcome I hope they can keep it together for seasons to come. It's hard for small market teams to compete but I like the tradition and history of baseball being in Cincinnati.
