Uncle you have unlocked just 0.001% of Vegetarian Kingdom.
( It's not related to Veg vs Non veg, he is from a country where non veg is very common, and vegetables are served as toppings or side dish ( ie salads, mesh, pestos etc etc ) or seasoning or puree, my point is he has to visit whole India for vegetarian food and food proceedings, preparation ( as that's what a chef does and learn ), so don't make it a battle ground of Veg vs Non Veg)
