I first heard this song, back in '75, while working at a commercial bakery. It was 10 in the morning, after working since midnight, and the DJ on WBLS intro the song as a hot new record by Crown Heights Affair. WE all stopped working halfway into the song, and said almost collectively, 'Holy Sh!t!' Then danced as we worked.

This song takes me back to the summer time during the 70s when I was 14 yrs old hanging out with my friends all summer long it was so much fun we had a great summer hanging out together it was an unforgettable time everytime I hear this song it reminds me of that summer

I remember this song so very well when I first heard this song being played on the radio? I didn't know who made this song. I even had the album The Crown Heights Affair Dreaming a Dream. This is one of the classic song by them as well.

I have always loved this song Dreamin a Dream by Crown Heights affair yes indeed I had their album I played that whole entire album and was definitely in the Groove!! I remember this song was being played on the radio station I do believe it was WBLS!!!
