Overcoming the Darkness and Healing Through Gratitude

Jannah Welcome's early life was shaped by witnessing domestic violence between her parents, leading to neglect from her mother. Searching for love and validation, she fell in with the wrong crowd and became pregnant at 14. The stress and anxiety triggered severe panic attacks, often landing her in the ER, making it difficult to care for her child. At 17, she gave birth to her second child, but postpartum depression took a toll on her mental health. With the support of a compassionate guidance counselor, Jannah began to heal through gratitude and mindfulness, finding her way back to strength and stability.

A lot of people don't know the Bible and Christ is a way to understand we are valuable and loved, and that anxiety, depression ect... Literally goes away once you get the knowledge of his Word. Please 🙏🏽 you will be delivered the Bible says through knowledge the just are delivered.
