00:52 S2: Yeah, but the house was nice.

00:55 S3: Tiny closets.

00:55 S2: I also liked the one next to my elementary school.

01:13 S3: Yeah, who was right?

01:14 S2: I was right. ENERGY STAR, it just clicked, it made sense. It's gonna save us so much money. We have the freedom of having a new home now. I love my projects still, but projects or golf? I opted for golf.

01:27 S3: Mm-hmm. We have a fireplace and a master bath, it's amazing. And a gourmet kitchen. It's everything I've ever dreamed of.
