It’s actually very nutritious and I eat a lot more vegetables and fruit than I did before.

Has there been any studies done on the Carnivore diet and or Lion Diet?

All the vegetable I adore are on this list 😢 I just can’t do it. I require lots of Protei. Which would be great but I also need tons of other nutrients. This makes me so sad. I lost nearly 200lbs and for the first year I rarely of ever drank anything with sugar, no white carbs and no nuts. However I introduced all that back in and I think inflammation hit me like a ton of bricks. I crave those veggies and it’s depressing I’d have to give them up
