Revit is different than AutoCAD and Rhino since the software is object-based and rather than a layer-based traditional CAD workflow, where the building data and information are represented manually and leave a lot of place for errors.

Been watching you videos, really like them! Very informative! Trying to get my company to understand BIM better.

For BIM we use navisworks, because Revit feels more for architects? For a chemical factory we need also other models (inventor, plant3d, ...) to add, which I think navisworks handles better, or am I wrong in this assumption? Can Revit handle also inventor and plant 3d drawings?

PS: please invest in a better microphone 😅.

Is there any shortcut for changing revit detail level in model from coarse to medium to fine.
