[DEPRECATED] - Setting up TouchGFX 4.12.3 integration with CubeIDE 1.1.0

New Version of TouchGFX and CubeIDE is out. I have remade the integration video but unfortunately my sound is misbehaving :/

The description is more or less the same:

This is a (short?) demonstration on how to configure CubeIDE to get a TouchGFX project integrated into the build.

The new version (CubeIDE 1.1.0 and TouchGFX 4.12.3) solves quite a number of problems with the setup and is more pleasant to work with.

Thank you very much for the video. This is very simple. Just yesterday I discovered that the Ethernet feature caused my code to hang. Anyways, the STM32F769i-Discovery is a bit more challenging due to the DSI I think. CubeMX does not do a good job in generating that code. LTDC, DSIHOSTS and QUADSPI seem to be all messed up. I would love to see a video on that sometime. In the meantime, I will try to get it going so fluidly and load up a video on that specific board. ST did a good job with the newer versions of both TGFX and CUBEIDE as you mentioned. Once again, thanks very much for this very informative and smooth clear video. Cheers

I was puzzled when I can't find that Graphics option in the middlewares in STM32UBE IDE V1.6.0 (TouchGFX v4.16.1)
Just found that you have to first enable it in Software Packs > Select Components > X-CUBE-TOUCHGFX > Graphics Application > Application > Select TouchGFX in the drop-down list.
Now you should see a new category named Software Packs just below Middleware. There you can select Graphics Application to enable TouchGFX.

First attempt did not work. Wierd compiler errors. Started over, step by step. It works great. Clearly I missed a step or did something out of order. Perhaps excluded the wrong files from the build. I don't know. In any case, many thanks for the video!! keep them coming.
