CubeIDE 1.0 and TouchGFX 4.10.0: Resolving integration issues

In this day and age why the heck are you recording in 720p - you can barely make out the menus and options. Please re-record in a higher resolution.

oK, I figured out how to change that file, but there are still bugs. I've removed the files of the simulator from build, but the same errors occurs. SDL2/SDL_video.h: No such file or directory
TouchGFX/simulator/main.o] Error 1
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
