3 Days in Hong Kong with eaters from LA - discovering 30+ spots

Fresh off 5 days in Shanghai, we're in charming Hong Kong during Typhoon Yagi. We still went to 30+ spots and had some of the best HK milk tea, pork chops, and HK roasted meats. As a local in Hong Kong, I would say the BBQ pork at Kitchen One Roast Goose is much, much better than those Michelin-recommended restaurants in terms of taste and CP ratio.

It would have been much more helpful if you had posted links to the locations you've been (to include hotels) rather than just the names of places.
