laser hair removal was a miracle to me, but to make it work you have to maintain weight and have your hormones under control

Spearmint reduces the speed of hair growth, it doesnt eliminate it - i tried and it works

Try removing carbs completely for one month. Going carnivore/keto and mix with intermittentfasting... reduce insulin and regulate everything.

I use all, but stopped the spironolactone due to side effects. But do think the rest definitely help, I used to have to shave every morning and pluck every evening. Now definitely reduced. If I also use my phillips Lumea then I can actually go days without having to do any hair removal on my face 😊

Hey! I'm a licensed esthetician, I personally got laser hair removal as I have PCOS that causes hair growth on my upper lip. You will sign paperwork in office explaining there in no garentee for results. My results were poor I went for 10+ and nothing happened. Results are best with dark hair, mine is black and brown. The pain is really really horrible, I was prescribed lidocaine cream and it still didn't help. I would definitely not recommend this service for hirsutism. Based off experience. If I had seen any results maybe I would have continued overall wasn't worth it

Spironolactone really messed up my period, and it ruined my body (lost a lot of muscle and gained fat)

Electrolysis get rid of it permanently but it is very costly but it works

Spearmint capsules slow it down. And I pair that with an at home laser called ulike. It’s like $300 but works way better than the thousands of dollars I spent doing temporary laser sessions. Not even electrolysis worked for me but now its like 80% better

I'm on the Spiro meds.
So. First things first. That medicine might as well be a diuretic... I have IBS and it made my stomach and bowls a nightmare for the first few weeks and it lowered my blood pressure the first couple of weeks but it adjusted itself.
Thats being said it helped in some ways.
My already terminal hairs got a little softer/finer and it doesn't grow out quite as fast but I'm still only on a starting dose. I've been on it for about 5 months now so hopefully she'll up my dose or have something better🤷🏼‍♀️ reply to this comment if you ever want an update on this medication.

Laser didn’t work at all for me, like you said very short term and turned out to be very expensive

Once you have hair growth on your face, will these help reverse it, or are you stuck with what you already have, but it won't get worse?

Will hirsutism help me gain muscle? Like I genuinely want to get ripped and now that I figured out I have this.. I want to use it to its full potential instead of being sad about it 😂

Laser is what started the under chin hair growth. And they tell you that hair will start growing in places it didn’t before

None of these treatments worked for me, i dont have pcos but im a woman that can grow facial hair. Laser and electrolysis did nothing for me. I drink spearmint tea every day. Spironolactone made me black out while driving.

I had a very serious reaction with spirolactone. My pressure went down, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, chest pain. Worst moment ever.

I advise electrolysis hands down for pros. Laser hair removal made mine 10x worse. And while its a process. It's not.painful as other say.
