By disabling software update only prevent from samsung firmware updates and monthly security patches only ? It did not affect apps updates in playstore?

Hi, I updated my Samsung a10 with the software update it suggested then I couldn't flick between my apps while in split screen bottom window anymore. Vital for faster working. It installed it with one ui version 3. Tried a trick on YouTube yet didn't work eg finding the update and clearing storage etc.
Is there anyway to uninstall the update by phone ie this video or do I need to use Odin or smthg and get files of a previous setup if so what files do I need by laptop and what shd I look for? Thanks for any help.

Hi. It doesn't work coz its asking me to delete all my accounts and do adb commands. Im with galaxy s10 android 10 and dont want to update to android 11. Pop up so annoying. Please help me! I dont care about the notification, but the pop up is the problem. Please help!

This doesn't work anymore, samsung is now forcing updates even with all the options turned off. Absolutely the shittiest cellphone brand out there now, going back to iPhone.
