"Sue Origin" epitomizes Elon Musk’s sharp response to recent maneuvers by his arch-rival, Blue Origin. The comment brims with biting sarcasm directed at a company renowned more for its litigious tendencies than for fostering fair competition in the market.
What exactly has Blue Origin done to provoke such outrage from Elon Musk? What drives their actions? Let’s delve into this on today’s episode of Alpha Tech, uncovering the motivations behind these contentious moves!

Recently, Blue Origin, led by Jeff Bezos, filed a fresh lawsuit against Elon Musk's SpaceX, urging the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to review the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for SpaceX's Starship vehicle at LC-39A in Florida.
Just last week, SpaceX and the FAA collaborated on an environmental study report for future plans involving the colossal Starship rocket. Following approval from both the FAA and NASA, the report is now open for public opinion over the next 45 days.

However, Blue Origin expressed dissatisfaction with this outcome and promptly submitted a scoping commentary outlining their objections.
Their filing strongly emphasizes SpaceX's proposed actions for Starship.
Starship, a launch system currently in development by SpaceX, comprises the Starship spacecraft and the Super Heavy booster. Towering taller than the Statue of Liberty, the system has flown only four times, with just two successful flights to space. During a previous launch, it generated heat and pressure equivalent to a volcanic eruption, as described by a physicist, and scattered soil and sand over a nearby town.
Once fully developed and operational, Starship-Super Heavy is poised to become the largest and most powerful launch system on Earth.
According to the filing, the Super Heavy booster has the capacity to carry up to an "unprecedented" 5,200 metric tons of liquid methane for propulsion — a capability that Blue Origin highlighted may create "qualified distances for safety margins" potentially overlapping with operational sites of other companies, government facilities, and public areas.

In other words, BO is saying to the FAA, "you need to slow them down because they're making the rest of us look incompetent."

Blue Origin still hasn't put a single rocket into orbit, and yet, they sit there and mouth off like they are the 2nd best space company on the market.

Rivals try to beat you.
Losers try to stop you.

It's incredible that a company connected to Amazon can't deliver a product.

Blue Origin is afraid that Starship will destroy the spider web that has settled on his launch pad !🤣

The real crime is Jeff's treatment of Amazon employees and warehouse conditions.

Bezos and blue origin is example for part of why technology advancement is slowing down for the last 50 years.

Sue Origin has yet to launch a rocket that can make it into orbit! The only thing they were able to accomplish is a billion-dollar amusement ride that only rich people can afford!

While in court to see if the lawsuit could proceed, the judge was going over the evidence that showed how Blue Origin failed multiple points of inspections more than SpaceX did, and that NASA also failed them for failing to provide any light system for use during space travel, and the judge tore them up and down about why the lawsuit was going to be denied and how even the appeal would fail, but he wasn't done there he then proceeded to explain to them all the facts of the case and exactly why they failed to get the contract. They tried to claim that NASA didn't notify them or state in the contract that the shuttle needed a lighting system and the judge said something along the lines that nobody should have to tell you it's dark in space.

How about Blue origin get something into orbit before they start trying to tell everyone else what to do.

The real reason is because SpaceX is showing all the competitors how far behind they are!

Let's see ... SpaceX is an enterprise commercial space company. Blue Origin, so far, is a carnival ride. Bezos appears to be jus a bit jealous.

What BO actually seems to say here is - "The sound of Spacex actually launching rockets successfully will demoralize our workers."

The irony of a company that has run thousands of businesses to the ground and decimated many small town shopping areas suing a company for being more innovative than his is overwhelming.
