i like it here. i'm staying. i'm reading thru the comments, and all you guys are awesome - not the usual bunch of trolling you see everywhere else on the internet. so i'm staying right here cuz there's love and i like it.

I do 15 minutes of this first thing in the morning. The whole 20 minutes in the evening and 15 minutes before bed and let me assure you, I have been seeing the most amazing things during the day and during my dreams since I started this routine. It works but be consistent trust me.

I was so emotionally drained and feeling a lot of pain inside and completely out of alignment with myself, dissociating, feeling numb and paralysed. This music brought me to tears, my heart feels like it's freeing itself of the heaviness its carrying. Thank you Infinite waters and all the wonderful people out here. I needed this. It means a lot to no longer feel so alone in this journey.

I fell asleep fast. But woke up immediately but in my dream. in my dream, i was in my previous flat. It was night. i was listening to this as well. then i felt the feeling of being in a sleep paralysis again. But that time, i was powerful. I was not letting it trap me. I sat, i spoke, while i fought the sleep paralysis in my dreams. Then in my right eye, I was seeing a spark of light, like thunders. Then i was so shocked when i saw a spark of violet flame. I felt more powerful and as if i received a message. Im so at peace. And before the video ended, i woke up. Then I realized it was a only a dream. I opened my eyes and i was still under my blanket.
But maybe, that's what they call lucid dream, astral travel, multidimension.

There is something to this. Everytime I listen to the 528 frequency my breathing opens up. I breathe well 24/7 but it's like I am on full oxygen.
