Fun video!
My answers:
Water: I do loops at a lovely park, and so I plant a water bottle on the path -- works great!

Breath: I breathe in thru the nose, out thru the mouth, at a step count of 3-in/3-out for easy runs. Concentrate on breathing deeply and relaxed.

Tie shoes: recently realized I was making a bow backwards -- learn to do it the right way and NEVER come untied again. I use the heel lock, but my Brooks shoes' laces are a bit short.

Phone: Super comfy in the back pocket of my lululemon shorts, in plastic wrap or baggie to protect from the sweat

Money: lol

Train: great trainers including the marvelous Coach Parry team. :)

I run in nylon type cargo pants, I’m able to carry 1-3 20 oz bottles with me as well as some munchies (AkA nutritional food) . I have picked routs that I can stop at and refill my bottles. Like some stores, coffee shops for a real pick me up as well as a pizza shop to carb back up.
