mam in speed formula ..distance upon time we had not taken the SI unit of time as second and do calculations with time in form of hour so why mam we did not do it in SI unit ???

Mam Etna bada likhane ki kya jarurat hai


Speed =distance/time
Case 1 let speed x
Distance 100+y
Time 5 hour
x= 100+y/5
x-y= 100/5
x-y= 20 (1)

Case 2
Let speed x
Distance 100-y
Time 1
x = 100-y/1
x-y = 100

By ELIMINATION method
x-y =20
x-y= 100
Get 2y=80
y= 40
Put the value of y in equation (1)
x-40=20
x =20+40
x= 60


Therefore speed of both car are 60km/h and 40 km/h
