Is the dark matter that physicists have been looking for, a consequence of anti-matter gravity?

*correction: at 2:40, I mean that there is 1 extra matter particle for every 10 billion or so anti-matter particle and not the other way around.

Comparing the particle and antiparticle only quantum spin is opposite and all properties of particles and antiparticle is same . Is correct and What think you ?
