Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.

This is my fourth day of abs in a row and my abs are on 🔥 I just did one of your 15 minute ab and fat burn workouts, then chucked this workout on the end as a little finisher. My abs are absolutely dead after four days, and I found myself having to do the modification for the Pilates 100’s at the end of this one, but boy did I feel a burn🔥 Thanks for the awesome workout Lilly!!❤️❤️

I will try it to see if it works:
Day 1 ✅ I did the modifications. It was very hard for me. I hope it works!
Day 2✅ I'm alive and kicking!
Day 3 ✅Alive!!!
Day 4✅ Did two of the real exercises well, at least It became a little easier! I feel like my low tummy became smaller.
Day 5✅The same - like yesterday.
Day 6 ✅ did it . But still can't do the second and third ecserise without modifications. My back hurts like hell. When I did the first 10 reps. Tomorrow night I will try again .
Day 7✅ Did like yesterday, im going to try to do it fully tomorrow but with a warm up and stretching because is starting to hurt...
Day 8✅no comment also doing exercises for bad posture
Day 9✅Did it! Only five more days! I don't see any abs yet😢
Day 10❌not feeling well . I am sorry.

I forgot to update it. Yes it works my abs are slightly visible, but only when I flex them. I decided to do yoga for flexibility and strength because I feel so worthless when I can't do everything like In the video even after two weeks... I need to start from the beginning. I wanted to have abs but i have some fat .Starting from today i am gonna do it for 7 days and i will say you the results too.Guys wish me a luck. If you are doing good luck.

Day 1 ✅ It was not that hard because i do exercise but still i didn't get abs so lets try this workout. Stay with me .lets meet tomorrow.
Day 2❌ i couldn't do it because of my busy schedule.
Day 3✅ I did all .second one was the hardest. I did it 1 time in morning . See you tomorrow
Day 4✅ did it once in morning. See you tomorrow .
Day 5❌ lazy
Day 6✅ done .well my stomach is flatter than before
