Apple has finally released iOS 16.4 Beta 1 to registered developers (soon to Public Beta testers), along with updates for iPadOS 16.4, macOS 13.3, tvOS 16.4, watchOS 9.4 and HomePodOS 16.4!

"speak text" action in automations is broken for me since iOS 16. Siri's voice speaks with stuttering. Which is very annoying. I wonder if it's for me only or not, and if it will ever be fixed.

Drop down notifications need to use the dynamic island instead of popping down under the island.
Like when getting a phone call is how the rest of notifications should be displayed. It looks cleaner.
