A week after the release of Beta 3, Apple returns with iOS 16.4 Beta 4 for registered developers, and soon for Public Beta testers. Along with that release, comes updates for iPadOS 16.4, macOS 13.3, tvOS 16.4, watchOS 9.4 & HomePodOS 16.4.

The Beta Profile was removed on last beta, too. It's not shown in its usual spot, but if u go to "Software Update" when an update is available, the usual update page is still there. I think it's for both Public and Developer Betas because it happened to me, too.

I am pretty sure iOS 17 will focus on rebasing Siri on GPT-4 and allowing sideloading and alternative browser engines for EU customers.

So 16.4 will be a preparation for the avalanche of features.

The beta profile was removed from my Apple Watch by the update. I had already removed the profile from my iPhone and iPad.

Not really sure, but is there a way to use weather lock-screen widgets without using the location? If no, they should definitely update that (like the home widget)
