How to Create a Steam Account(Disconnect from VPNs and proxies issue)

The video is for anyone who has the Please Disconnect from VPNs issue. You have to use a VPN to bypass that lol. Check the description for the free hotspot shield version since it's not free anymore.
Download install and connect to Hotspot Shield.
Also you can try using other VPNs if Hotspot Shield doesn't work for you
