I do everything as said until 0:32 (whenever he actually creates the account) and it denies my request and makes me do the captcha again and again and again. It's a neverending loop of me doing the captcha. I guess I am a robot after all :(

Not working for me. Everytime I confirm my email address, it takes me back to "email verified" and "Please return to the account creation window to complete creating your new Steam account", but it never takes me to the "choose password" screen. WTF???

Dude I am unable to make an account. I literally can't get past the first email/confirm email at the :28 second mark of your video. After you agree to the privacy policy and hit "continue" it just refreshes the page and nothing happens. Can someone else confirm this is happening to them as well?
