Great, thanks so much - so useful, man!!! :) The only step to add; - for importing the new swatch you created into the swatch palette inside photoshop, you need to change the file format to .ACT in the drop down :)

When I click on Mode-Indexed Color.. it changes the colors to desaturated. How can I change that?
