👉 Learn how to verify Pythagoras trigonometric identities. A Pythagoras trigonometric identity is a trigonometric identity of the form sin^2 (x) + cos^2 (x) or any of its derivations. To verify trigonometric expression means to verify that the term(s) on the left-hand side of the equality sign is equal to the term(s) on the right-hand side.

To verify Pythagoras trigonometric identities, we convert the given trigonometric identity to any of the forms of the Pythagoras trigonometric identity.

I like this one, I realized the moment I saw the equation that you could just apply the double angle identities to both sides and each will equal Cos (2X) but then when you did it this way, it made me realize how easily I could solve this identity through applying the Pythagorean Identity and combining like terms.
