I can imagine the other alligators like: “Dude you okay?” “What did they do?”

Personally living in Florida, seeing alligators here is like seeing a stray cat on the street.

As a sheltered and cowardly big city girl, I will never cease to appreciate these people, brave enough to teach the rest of us about the wonders of nature. going on expeditions like this sounds like a dream but I nearly had a heart attack when I came within ten feet of a common garden snake. Don't even get me started on flying roaches. Good thing we have Coyote to live vicariously through 💜

Steve Irwin would have done this on his own while calming the animal by telling it "you're alright mate"

During the seventies, one of my uncles was involved in researching gators and their mating to regain the endangered population. I loved his stories, and wanted so badly to see him work sometime. How cool it would have been if they had done shows like this back then

They had to euthanize one once, and his team was allowed portions of the meat. He brought it to grandma’s thanksgiving gathering. There was only enough for everyone to have one bite. I knew I had to be one of the coolest kids in the world having an uncle like him.
Getting a bite of gator seemed fair, because a couple of years before, a gator got a bite of me. 😳

Coyote uses the bathroom: “ this is like in Jurassic park where the guy went to the outhouse and got eaten”

This feels like a perfect horror film. At night, super stormy, and near a bunch of gators
