JURA E8 - Cleaning the milk system

How to open container with the tablets without breaking it? The tablets do not go out, so apparently there is protection foil to be removed, but it is not obvious what has to be removed - one has to break in the container and poke a decent hole with a knife (not nice!). Would have been better to introduce this step clearly and make it more user-friendly.

I feel like that last thing going through the milk system is the solution, and not clear water..? Shouldn’t there be an extra water rinsing round..?

Is it possible to use the Milk Cleaning Liquid instead of the tablets, and what dosage to use?

Terrible video. One minute there’s no water in the container with the cleaning solution table, and next minute there is. Step by step explanation please!
