I just purchased a 2021
As a mechanic the first thing I noticed is at the outer ends of the axle tubes on the front, there is a round plastic piece on both sides that spins freely .the axle shafts pass through it, seems a little odd that its not fixed in its position.
I have an identical one I can look at at my friends with only 7000
Miles on it, and that one, they spun freely also so nothing is broken, to me it seems like they would be prone to rattle

Well what I found out after I got the extended warranty is that ANY MODIFICATION can VOID WARRANTY… don’t add or remove ANYTHING…. Keep it OEM until it is out of warranty…

I own a 2022, with stock 285 70R 17's im getting 23.5 miles per imperial gallon in the summer doing hiway, and winter ❄️ to work and back is 13 mpg. So it could be a touch better, but the sport s and Willys probably are, different axles wheels tires and gearing, ect.

Your wheels and tires are heavier than stock and therefore increase unsprung weight. That alone will decrease gas mileage. Taller tires will also decrease performance, mainly acceleration. More negative offset wheels put more stress on the suspensions system - leverage, physics. Taller wheels and lower profile tires will make for a stiffer ride too. But hey it looks cool.

Nobody buys a truck because they want fuel economy. I bought the blue mojave 2 weeks ago and i also bought an F150, they both do about the same, of course the Ford has a lot more features. Love both, but i haven't driven the gladiator yet...my wife has.

Poor gas mileage? It's a Jeep thing, you are starting to understand.
Take it off road and you will understand more. 😊
Get into situations where you have to lock the front and rear.... then you will truly understand. 😎

I have the same truck 2022 color to over year 7000 miles what don’t like is the turn signal handle if I turn left or right either one i can’t shut off the turn signal because the handle pass like I turning to other direction and have to keep hands all the time on the steering wheel because this truck is been making for off road but I like it, very rare people have it it’s too expensive

Sounds like your alright with the truck. Fuel economy does suck in these. Not really an issue at 2 dollars a gallon but Now? Gets expensive
