Had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. By far the best wings I have ever had. This is not an exaggeration. The ribs and brisket were FIRE as well

That rib plate looks really great, just like the restaurant itself... cool too is the pickle recipe - most people don't care but they are an awesome little side

Chef/owner, everything looks delicious & I live in northern Ky. only about 1 & 1/2 hours away so my wife & I will be patronizing your place soon. My family is originally from s/e Ky. east of Corbin in a rural area ( knox county ) & we used hickory to bbq & in the kitchen stove which was wood burning only also. Hickory gives the best flavor, God Bless you & yours & your business

In this part of the video when he says beef ribs they are actually called prime back ribs and years ago I found a place but the butcher caught on and started selling them but I didn't care because I still bought them and you can put BBQ sauce on them with a dry rub like making pork ribs and not baby backs there is a difference but pork ribs I like to par cook them in water until 80 percent done dry rub then BBQ sauce excellent tender as they fall off the bone easy recipe

Well heck if it was the horse that funded the business, Lucho Macho Man. LOL those ribs look legendary.

I'm watching your programs from Turkey. You say simple dishes, especially for a Mediterranean restaurant. The dishes you cook with your programs are swimming in sauce. Is it easier to make these, to flavor them, or to cook with very few ingredients? You're not eating food, you're eating sauce.

please leave a little more fat to them ribs. The fat adds some flavor and softens the meat don't cut so much off!!

In this video I like chicken but I don't like chicken breast or drumsticks and I like chicken theighs but wings are very expensive so I stay away unless they are reasonable and when you go to a restaurant they are very expensive and they only give you 8 pieces with celery and carrot sticks with blue cheese dressing for 10.00 bucks no deal or value so I make them with the theighs and I bone them out and fry them southern style better and cheaper and I have my own spices flour oil and blue cheese dressing and celery and carrots
