Did just about the same thing last year. The contractor had to use a ditch witch, due to the long length of drain pipe used. They used fabric over the perforated section. They installed 3 spot drains to collect the pooling water. Probably could have used a 4th one. All of the downspouts are connected to it. It works like a beast and definitely, money well spent
