I think the tutu you found is actually a petticoat, so it’s meant too be layered underneath a dress of skirt to make it puff up! Such a cool thing to find in the thrift store!

It’s makes me really sad that as a target employee I recognized so many pieces that we currently have in stock and that we just recently got in cause of how high the turn over rate was for those pieces, but I’m glad they were donated instead of thrown away!

Cargo pants are the ones with all the pockets. Carpenter pants have the loop on the side which actually was originally used for tools before they became a fashion trend in the early 2000s.
