I'm new to ESO and I'm not sure why you mix Heavy, Medium, and Light armor. I thought it was beneficial to have all armor be the same class.

That’s not fun that’s actually really really good. I may consider swapping out deadly streak for something else though.
It is really good for overall offense but the healing you receive from the little bit of extra damage your sweeps and radiant glory does would be offset by the burst heal on the back bar being a little smaller because deadly strikes doesn’t buff it. When being pressured that burst heal is what allows you to turn and burn. I will probably get a lot of flack for saying this, but I personally would swap it out for newmoon. With the Templars passives I feel like the little bit of extra penetration plus your base weapon in spell damage being higher would make new moon worth it for overall damage plus that burst heal being stronger. The sustain difference is not that bad either.

This, however, is personalized for me due to my background in ganking, I would probably go vampire for the utility and swap, blinding flare for mist form because my instinct and knowledge of ganking gives me an advantage, because I just seem to know usually but not always when it is going to happen. And the mist form giving me extra weapon and spell damage also would work very well for me. I would also probably swap to high elf for their extra damage and damage mitigation while in mist form and also to further increase the burst heal. Not only that the little bit of damage mitigation would pair nicely with radiant glory. While still getting a weaker version of the imperial’s sustain passive. Not only that but while sprinting to cover if I want to save magic by not using mist form. I get to turn invisible, making my getaway easier in the ability to control the fight better. Plus when I come out of invisibility or mist form if I choose that route that burst heal will be huge. And definitely allow me to turn and burn. And to keep the rally cry buff I would swap to vigor instead of race against time because you don’t have that much crit chance and with mist form i have a get away.

After 300 hrs pvp is max 10 frames at lowest settings
