Machines that tighten skin: Morpheus8, ProfoundRF, Ulthera, HIFU

Want to know more about machines that tighten the skin and claim to give a non-surgical facelift? I have been working with these technologies for over a decade and had quite a journey with the technology as it has evolved over that time. I had 2 treatments of morpheus and was not impressed. I guess one technician can use the instrument better than another.
